Sensei David R.White
began his martial arts training at the age of thirteen in Tae Kwon Do. After spending a good deal of time in that style and going to numerous tournaments. Sensei White moved on to the Kenpo arts in his twenties. Sensei White then also studied various forms of Kung Fu and Chi Kung, including Shaolin, San Soo, Tai Chi, and Wing Chun.
Sensei White began to study Shorin Ryu in his early thirties. It was the art he had been searching for; the traditional art of Okinawan Karate. Sensie David White is a 5th Dan (Godan) and holds the title of Renshi. Sensei White’s view on Karate is to use it as a vehicle for the integration of the mind, body, and spirit.
David White has been involved in the martial arts for over 30 years. He has been teaching for over 20 years. Sensei White holds several black belts in various styles. He specializes in children classes, weapons, and self-defense. He brings his vast experience and passion with him a teacher and life long student.
